Thank you for choosing PWO Books for your publishing journey. We strive to provide the best possible service to all our authors.

1. Publishing Services

Our core platform allows you to publish for free without any upfront costs. For any premium services (e.g., custom cover design, professional editing) purchased through our platform, refunds are governed by the specific terms of that service agreement.

2. Printed Book Orders

Because each book is printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for printed books unless there is a physical manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

3. Defective Copies

If you receive a defective printed copy, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will gladly arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your publishing agreement and unpublish your book at any time through your author dashboard. No cancellation fees apply, but this does not retroactively refund any premium services already rendered.
