Welcome to PWO Books, a self-publishing platform by I U Poetry World Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use most of our publishing features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Intellectual Property & Rights

You retain 100% of the rights to your manuscript. By uploading your content to PWO Books, you grant us a non-exclusive license to print, distribute, and sell your book on your behalf.

3. Content Guidelines

We do not accept content that is illegal, infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, or contains hate speech. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content at our discretion.

4. Royalties & Payments

Royalties are calculated based on the retail price minus printing and distribution costs. Payments are issued monthly to your registered bank account, subject to minimum payout thresholds.

5. Termination

You may unpublish your book and terminate your account at any time. Any pending royalties will be paid out during the next regular payment cycle.
